Where Can I Get Help For My Godaddy Virtual Dedicated Server?

I have had a GoDaddy Virtual Dedicated Server since October. I’m in over my head on some things and GoDaddy is less than helpful. Is there anywhere I can go for help in how to do something like configure AWSTATS to show histoy? I may also be interested in changing to a different provider who can provide meaningful support. I’m not looking for someone to do it for me. I’m looking for someone to teach me.
